Critical Stellar Instant detail: The Trailing Maximum Loss Limit trails upward as your equity (or end-of-day balance, depending on the model) rises, but does not trail back down. To prevent unintended news-time breaches, FundedNext applies a 1% equity buffer to the trailing MLL.
Tier-up requirements (Stellar Instant Scale-Up): - Complete at least one withdrawal in current tier - Achieve 10% growth (measured by total withdrawal amount ≥10% of tier's starting balance)

4. Futures Products
Common to all FundedNext Futures
- Platforms: Tradovate, NinjaTrader, TradingView (no MetaTrader/cTrader on futures side)
- Markets: CME Group products (indices, FX, energies, metals, agriculture)
- No overnight or weekend holding — all positions auto-close at session end
- One-time fee only — no monthly fees, no activation fees
- News trading allowed (no 40% profit rule on futures)
- 24-hour reward processing or $1,000 extra per Brand Promise
- Withdrawals via RiseWorks or USDT/USDC; min $250 on Futures
- Commission: $3 per contract per side (standard FundedNext rate)
- 2% CME Price Limit Rule: if a contract moves within 2% of its CME price limit, trading on that instrument halts for the day
4.1 Rapid Challenge
The most flexible Futures Challenge — light restrictions, no consistency rule during Challenge.
| Spec | $25K | $50K | $100K |
|---|---|---|---|
| Profit target | $1,500 | $3,000 | $5,000 |
| Consistency in Challenge | None | None | None |
| Consistency in FundedNext Account | 40% (one day's profit ≤40% of cumulative profit) | ||
| Drawdown type | End-of-day, trailing until threshold = starting balance | ||
| Min trading days | None | ||
| Time limit | None | ||
| 15% Challenge reward | ❌ Not in Rapid |
Pass rule: Reach the fixed profit target while respecting max loss limit and prohibited-strategy rules. Target can be hit in a single day.
4.2 Legacy Challenge
Disciplined, consistency-driven version. Higher reward potential.
| Spec | $25K | $50K | $100K |
|---|---|---|---|
| Profit target | $1,250 | $3,000* | $6,000 |
| Consistency in Challenge | 40% (daily profit ≤40% of total target) | ||
| Consistency in FundedNext Account | None | ||
| Drawdown type | End-of-day | ||
| Min trading days | None (but profit must respect consistency cap) | ||
| Time limit | None | ||
| 15% Challenge reward | ❌ Not in Legacy |
Legacy $50K Challenges purchased before March 16, 2026 have a $2,500 target.
Consistency mechanics on Legacy: If you exceed 40% on any day, your profit target increases. Example: $50K Legacy with $2,500 target → 40% cap = $1,000/day. If you earn $1,500 in one day, new target = $1,500 ÷ 0.40 = $3,750. You don't breach — you just need more profit.
4.3 Bolt Challenge
Daily rewards model. $50K size only.
| Spec | Value |
|---|---|
| Account size | $50,000 (only) |
| Profit target | $3,000 |
| Maximum Loss Limit | $2,000 |
| Daily Loss Limit | $1,000 |
| Max positions (Challenge & funded) | 3 Minis, 9 Micros |
| Drawdown | End-of-day (no intraday DD) |
| Consistency rule (Challenge) | 40% |
| Consistency rule (post-pass) | None |
| Min benchmark days | None |
| One-time fee | $99.99 |
| Reset fee | $91.99 |
| News trading | Allowed |
| Marketing claim | Up to 125× entry fee in potential rewards |
Bolt daily reward rules (post-pass): - Minimum $250 profit in current cycle - Account balance must reach $52,100 (EOD) - Amount above the $52,100 buffer is eligible for withdrawal - Max withdrawal: $1,200 for first 4 withdrawals; 5th and final up to $7,700 (including buffer)
4.4 Flex Challenge (NEW)
The most affordable Futures product. Lower targets, lower entry. No consistency rule after passing.
| Spec | $50K | $100K | $150K |
|---|---|---|---|
| Profit target | $2,500 | $5,000 | $8,000 |
| Maximum Loss Limit (EOD) | $1,500 | $2,500 | $4,000 |

5. Universal Trading Rules
5.1 Daily Loss Limit (DLL)
Maximum loss permitted in a single trading day, based on % of initial account balance. Resets at midnight server time (00:00).
- Server time: GMT+3 during DST, GMT+2 otherwise
DLL by account type:
| Account | DLL | Example on $100K |
|---|---|---|
| Stellar 1-Step | 3% | $3,000 |
| Stellar 2-Step | 5% | $5,000 |
| Stellar Lite | 4% | $4,000 |
| Stellar Instant | None | n/a |
| Bolt Futures | $1,000 (on $50K) | $1,000 |
Important nuance — DLL increases with intra-day profits: If you start the day at $100K (Stellar 2-Step) and make $2,000 by noon, your DLL for the rest of that day is now $5,000 + $2,000 = $7,000 below the day's high water mark.
DLL is breached including floating losses (open trades count). Exceeding DLL breaches the account for that day; account is paused until reset (or terminated if also above Max Loss).
5.2 Maximum Loss Limit (MLL / Overall Loss)
Total loss cap for the account.
| Account | MLL |
|---|---|
| Stellar 1-Step | 6% — balance can't drop below 94% of initial |
| Stellar 2-Step | 10% — balance can't drop below 90% |
| Stellar Lite | 8% — balance can't drop below 92% |
| Stellar Instant | 6% trailing + 1% equity buffer |
MLL behavior: Profits expand your headroom. On Stellar 2-Step $100K, a $4,000 profit takes your MLL distance from $10,000 to $14,000. MLL resets to the new starting balance only when the account transitions from Challenge → FundedNext Account.
5.3 News Trading
Allowed everywhere in both Challenge and FundedNext Accounts. But the News Profit Split Rule applies on FundedNext Accounts:
- Time window: ±5 minutes (10-min total) around a listed high-impact news event
- Profit calculation: Only 40% of profit from trades opened/closed in that window counts
- Losses: 100% of losses still apply
- Applies to: Market orders, pending orders, partial closes (if any part of the trade lands in window, the whole trade is affected)
- Only affects pairs directly correlated to the news (e.g. USD news → EURUSD trade affected; not GBPJPY)
- Calculation runs at end of trading cycle, not in real time
- If the news adjustment pushes a Stellar 1/2-Step/Lite/Instant FundedNext Account into negative balance, the next cycle restarts with initial balance restored (one-time benefit per occurrence, not a perpetual reset)
- Rule applies to Stellar 1-Step, 2-Step, Lite, and Instant FundedNext Accounts only. Does not apply during Challenge phases.
5.4 Weekend & Overnight Holding
| Account state | Overnight | Weekend |
|---|---|---|
| All CFD Challenge Accounts | ✅ | ✅ |
| Stellar 1-Step/2-Step/Lite FundedNext | ✅ | ❌ |
| Stellar Instant (Challenge & funded) | ✅ | ✅ |
| All Futures (Challenge & funded) | ❌ | ❌ |
Swap charges (when holding overnight on CFD): - Forex & Commodities: 3× swaps on Wednesday (covers weekend rollover) - Indices & Crypto: 3× swaps on Friday - Swap is included in daily loss calculation — can trigger DLL breach if not monitored - Swap-Free accounts (with Swap-Free Add-On) bypass this
5.5 Copy Trading
| Scenario | Allowed? |
|---|---|
| Between trader's own Challenge Accounts | ✅ (capped at $300K combined) |
| Between trader's own FundedNext Account ↔ any other account | ❌ |
| Between accounts owned by different people (incl. family) | ❌ |
| Via Social Trader Tools, Duplikum, Traders Connect (cloud-based) | ❌ |
| Via VPS-based copier between trader's own Challenge Accounts | ✅ |
| "Pass Your Challenge" services | ❌ (permanent ban offense) |
Detection signals FundedNext uses: Synchronized trade timestamps, identical parameters, identical strategies across unrelated accounts.
5.6 EAs, Indicators, Algorithmic Trading
| Platform | Manual | EAs | Custom Indicators |
|---|---|---|---|
| MT4 / MT5 | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ (third-party allowed) |
| cTrader | ✅ | ❌ (cAlgo not allowed) | Built-in only |
| Match-Trader | ✅ | ❌ | Built-in only |
Strategy consistency rule: You must use the same strategy in Challenge and FundedNext Account. You cannot pass a Challenge manually then run an EA on the funded account (or vice versa). Same applies to changing asset class or margin behavior dramatically.
5.7 Scalping, HFT, Tick Scalping
| Style | Status |
|---|---|
| Standard scalping (manual or algorithmic, with proper SL/TP) | ✅ Allowed |
| HFT (High-Frequency Trading, thousands of trades/sec via bots) | ❌ Prohibited |
| Tick scalping (microsecond auto-trades exploiting micro price moves) | ❌ Prohibited |
| Quick Strike trades (positions closed within 30 seconds of opening — high concentration) | ⚠ Flagged, may lead to warning |
| Hyperactivity (excessive volume) | ⚠ Flagged |
Warnings are cumulative — receiving a hyperactivity warning then later being flagged for HFT may result in immediate suspension.
5.8 Prohibited Strategies (full list)
These will lead to warning → profit deduction → termination → permanent ban, depending on severity:
- Gambling-style risk — using ≥70% of available margin, or cumulative 70%+, or risking close to the full DLL on a single trade
- HFT — high-frequency trading
- Tick scalping — automated microsecond trades
- All-in trades — full or near-full DLL risk on one or few trades
- Quick Strike trade concentration — many trades closed within 30s
- Grid trading at scale — exploit pattern, also flagged in 2025 update
- DCA on losing trades + overleveraging (Futures explicit)
- Spoofing, layering, DOM manipulation, wash trading (Futures explicit)
- Cross-account hedging — within FundedNext or with external firms
- "Pass Your Challenge" services / signal services
- Copy trading between different individuals
- Strategy/asset-class switching between Challenge and funded
- Platform manipulation, latency exploitation
- Using system flaws for advantage
5.9 1% Risk Limit Rule
A discretionary FundedNext rule, not the default but enforced after repeated violations:
- Default acceptable risk: 3% per trade on FundedNext Account
- If no stop-loss is placed within 3 minutes of open: trade is considered 100% risk
- First violation: Reminder + 50% profit reduction from that trade
- Second violation: Full profit deduction + risk reduced to 1% max, margin capped at 30%
- Third violation: Trader enters Disciplined Trader Program
5.10 Margin & Gambling Behavior
- Professional target: 1% risk per trade, 20–30% margin usage
- Hard cap: 70% margin usage = formal warning (only one warning given)
- Violation with prior warning history = immediate account termination
- Swap and commission charges are excluded from the margin/risk calculation
5.11 Account Inactivity
Inactivity rules exist (specific durations vary by account type) — accounts inactive beyond a defined window may be paused. Check the live FAQ at the time of question.
5.12 Disciplined Trader Program
A structured improvement track for traders flagged for repeated risk violations. Not a punishment — provides tailored guidance, performance review, and accountability. Reaches this stage after three risk-rule violations.
6. Rewards, Cycles & Payouts
6.1 Reward Share by product
| Product | Initial | After Scale-Up | With Lifetime 95% Add-On |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stellar 1-Step | 80% | 90% | 95% |
| Stellar 2-Step | 80% | 90% | 95% |
| Stellar Lite | 80% | 90% | 95% |
| Stellar Instant | 70% | 80% | n/a |
⚠ For Challenge Accounts purchased before Jan 12, 2026: Stellar 1-Step started at 90% initial. Old policy grandfathered.
⚠ U.S. clients: No 15% Challenge reward (regulatory). Default reward 80% on 1-Step/2-Step/Lite, 90% with Scale-Up, 95% with Lifetime Add-On.
6.2 The "15% Reward from Challenge"
Available on Stellar 1-Step and Stellar 2-Step only (not Lite, not Instant, not Futures).
| Purchase date | How to claim |
|---|---|
| Before Jan 12, 2026 | Achieve 10% cumulative growth in FundedNext Account → eligible |
| On/after Jan 12, 2026 | Achieve FundedNext Pro Scale-Up criteria → reward is paid retroactively |
The reward = 15% × Challenge profit target, paid in FundedNext Account.
6.3 Refundable Fee (a.k.a. "Passing Reward")
The Challenge subscription fee, returned to the trader after passing.
| Product | When refunded |
|---|---|
| Stellar 2-Step | With 1st Performance Reward withdrawal |
| Stellar 1-Step | With 3rd Performance Reward withdrawal |
| Stellar Lite | With 3rd Performance Reward withdrawal |
| If account was reset before passing | Refund matches reset fee, not original fee |
6.4 Trading Cycles
The period that must elapse before a withdrawal request becomes possible.
| Product | First cycle | Subsequent cycles |
|---|---|---|
| Stellar 1-Step | 5 days | 5 days |
| Stellar 2-Step | 21 days | 14 days |
| Stellar Lite | 21 days | 14 days |
| Stellar Instant | On-demand at 5% or 14 days | Same |
| Bolt Futures | Daily (with conditions) | Daily |
| Other Futures | Cycle-based per product | Per product |
Cycle behavior — critical edge cases:
- Ending in profit: Eligible to request Performance Reward; next cycle proceeds normally (1-Step: 5d, 2-Step/Lite: 14d).
- Ending at loss but recovered before cycle end: Cycle proceeds to next normally.
- Ending in negative balance (cycle): Next cycle starts with the negative balance carried over (you must recover before getting paid).
- Negative due to News Profit Split adjustment only: Special handling — next cycle resets to initial balance (one-time benefit per occurrence).
- Not profitable at first 21-day cycle (2-Step/Lite): Extends by 21 days, then continues in 21-day increments until profitable end.
- Not profitable at 5-day cycle (1-Step): Extends by 5 days, continues in 5-day increments.
- DLL or MLL breach mid-cycle: Account terminated. No further cycle.
6.5 The Brand Promise
"Get paid in 24 hours or we pay $1,000 extra."
Triggered once a Performance Reward request is submitted and the trader is eligible. Average disbursement time per /futures page: ~5 hours.
Applies to all FundedNext Accounts (CFD and Futures). Read the live brand promise page for exclusions.
7. Scale-Up Plan (FundedNext Pro)
7.1 Current program (effective Jan 12, 2026): FundedNext Pro
A payout-cycle-based scaling system, replacing the old 4-consecutive-months / 10%-growth model.
Eligibility criteria (Stellar 1-Step, 2-Step, Lite):
- Proven Track Record: Successfully received 4 Performance Rewards
- 4% Growth Benchmark: Demonstrate ≥4% growth within each qualifying Performance Reward cycle
- Maturity Milestone: Active, disciplined presence for ≥2 months
What you get when you qualify:
- 25% account size increase per qualifying cycle, scaling up to $4 million
- Reward share to 90%
- 15% retroactive reward from Challenge profit target (Stellar 1-Step & 2-Step only)
- Free 100K Stellar Lite Challenge Account
- 12% loyalty discount on all new account purchases
- Official "FundedNext Pro Trader" designation
Process notes: - Scaling is manual (white-glove) — trader contacts 24/7 Support after meeting milestones, with all positions closed, before initiating new trades - A sub-4% cycle doesn't disqualify you — it just doesn't count toward the 4 needed cycles
7.2 Stellar Instant Scale-Up (tier-based, separate)
| Tier achievement | Reward |
|---|---|
| Complete 1 withdrawal + 10% growth measured by total withdrawal ≥10% of tier's start balance | Tier-up |
| Each tier-up | Account doubles (balance + free balance) |
| Max tiers | Up to 10× initial balance |
| Initial reward | 70% → climbs to 80% as tiers advance |
7.3 Legacy 4-Month Scale-Up Plan (for accounts purchased before Jan 12, 2026)
- Trade ≥4 consecutive months
- ≥10% cumulative account growth in that window
- ≥2 payouts within the period
- Last month must end in profit
- → 40% balance increase, up to $4M max
Existing pre-2026 accounts continue on this plan.
8. Add-Ons (CFD)
FundedNext offers 7 Add-Ons for CFD Challenge purchases. Add-ons modify your trading guidelines.
| Add-On | Function | Approx. extra fee |
|---|---|---|
| Swap-Free | Removes overnight interest (compliant with Islamic finance) | +10% on Challenge fee |
| Lifetime Reward 95% | Raises reward share to 95% from first FN Account payout | +25% on 1-Step; +30% on Lite; (similar for 2-Step) |
| No Minimum Trading Days | Skips the 2-day (1-Step) / 5-day (2-Step/Lite) min trading day requirement | Varies |
| 150% Reward | Boost on Performance Reward calculation | Varies |
| Bi-Weekly Reward | Modifies payout schedule on certain products | Varies |
| Maximum Loss Limit 10% | Expands MLL on certain products | Varies |

- Futures commission: $3 per contract per side ($6 round-trip)

10.4 Maximum lot size
Specific per instrument category, set per account. Check the "What is the maximum lot size in FundedNext?" article in the help center for the live table — these are tied to account size.
11. Payments & Withdrawals
11.1 Purchasing a Challenge
Accepted methods (inbound only): PayPal, Skrill, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, Neteller, AstroPay, ShopeePay, GrabPay, Elo, M-Pesa, Airtel Money, OPay, Korapay, Pix, BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, SOL, Local Payment (UPI for India, etc.)
Inbound methods ≠ outbound methods. You cannot withdraw to PayPal because you paid with PayPal.
11.2 Withdrawal methods (outbound)
CFD side (fundednext.com wallet):
| Method | Min | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| USDT (TRC20) | $20 | Lowest network fees; max single withdrawal often capped at $4,999 |
| USDT (ERC20) | $20 | Higher gas fees |
| USDC (ERC20) | $50 | |
| Confirmo | $20 (USDT) | Processor used by FundedNext |
| RiseWorks | $50 | Available in select regions including Iran |
Futures side:
| Method | Min | Max |
|---|---|---|
| USDT (TRC20/ERC20) via RiseWorks | $250 | $1,000 per withdrawal (RiseWorks cap) |
| USDC (ERC20) via RiseWorks | $250 | $1,000 per withdrawal |
| Direct USDT (ERC20) when RiseWorks unavailable | $250 | $1,000,000 per withdrawal |
| Direct USDC (ERC20) when RiseWorks unavailable | $250 | $1,000,000 per withdrawal |
Processing fees: - Up to 3.5% processing fee on all withdrawals (Confirmo or RiseWorks) - Network/gas fees are the trader's responsibility (CFD partner withdrawals: typically no extra platform fee)
Processing time: - 24 hours (per Brand Promise) - Average: ~5 hours (per futures landing page)
11.3 Withdrawal process
- Complete trading cycle and meet profitability
- Navigate to Payout section of dashboard
- Click Payout Request
- Enter OTP from email
- Wait for processing
If withdrawable profit < $20 (CFD), it rolls to next cycle.
11.4 Special rules
- Refer & Earn program: Minimum withdrawal $150
- Stellar Instant: Reward must be transferred to FundedNext Wallet first — "Transfer to Wallet" button on dashboard
- If transferring full reward causes balance to drop to or below breakeven → breach alert message
12. KYC & Verification
12.1 What's required
| Region | Accepted documents |
|---|---|
| Non-US | Government-issued National ID OR Passport OR Residence Permit |
| US | National ID OR Passport OR Driving License |
| Sometimes additionally | Address proof (utility bill or bank statement, dated within last 3 months) |
12.2 Process
CFD KYC flow: 1. Pass Challenge → notification appears on dashboard 2. Verification Center → Sign Agreement 3. Choose verification method (QR code or SMS link) 4. Upload ID document (clear, all 4 corners visible, no glare) 5. Address verification step if requested 6. Wait — typical 48 hours, up to 72
Futures KYC flow: - KYC happens AFTER you've started trading on the funded account, but BEFORE first Performance Reward withdrawal - Even if you've completed CFD KYC, Futures requires separate KYC - Processing: 24–48 hours
12.3 Swift KYC (CFD only)
Faster path, eligibility-gated. Apply for KYC before completing Phase 2.
Eligible accounts: - Stellar 2-Step Phase 2 ($6K–$15K) - Stellar Lite Phase 2 ($5K–$10K)
Conditions: - 2-Step: Achieve 5% profit in ≤3 trading days - Lite: Achieve 4% profit in ≤3 trading days
Processing: Can complete within minutes.
Failed Swift KYC → trader follows normal KYC process. Breach after Swift KYC agreement → no FundedNext Account.
12.4 Common rejection reasons
- Blurry/low-quality images
- Cropped or partial documents
- Expired ID
- Name mismatch between document and FundedNext profile
- IP location dramatically different from address (may require travel docs)
13. Account Management
13.1 Account merging
Allowed: - Multiple FundedNext Accounts owned by the same trader can be merged - Combined cap: $300,000 per individual trader - Reduces management complexity vs. copy trading
Not allowed: - Merging Free Account from Double Up Add-On or BOGO with paid accounts - Merging one Scaled-Up account with a non-Scaled-Up account - Merging multiple Scaled-Up accounts together
Behavior on merge: - Reward Share defaults to the lower of the two - Platform: MT4 + MT4 → MT4; MT5 + MT5 → MT5; MT4 + MT5 → MT5 - Add-ons: Both accounts must share the same add-on - The merged account is eligible for Scale-Up after 4 months if criteria met - If 15% Challenge reward was not yet received, you'd need to grow the merged account 10% to claim it
13.2 Resets
If a trader breaches a Challenge, they can purchase a reset to restart that phase with a fresh account at the same size.
- Reset cost: Generally 10–20% less than original Challenge fee on CFD (Stellar Instant: 10% less)
- Bolt Futures reset: $91.99 (50K)
- Flex Futures reset: $77.99 / $144.99 / $278.99 ($50K / $100K / $150K)
- Reset rules vary per account model and phase
- If passed after reset, the Refundable Fee matches the reset fee, not the original Challenge fee
13.3 Multi-account ownership
- Allowed; common practice
- Combined max allocation: $300K per individual on the same model (and via copy trading)
- Multiple challenges + scaling can stack to $4M total CFD; ~$700K total Futures
14. Restricted Countries
14.1 FundedNext Futures (explicit)
Services not offered to residents of: - North Korea (DPRK) - Myanmar - Belarus - Iran - Russia
14.2 CFD restrictions
A broader list applies for the CFD division (~20 countries per third-party reports). 8 additional countries face a $50K maximum allocation cap. Verify the current "Are any countries restricted on FundedNext CFDs?" help center article for live country list.
14.3 USA
- US clients can purchase Stellar 1-Step, 2-Step, Lite, and Stellar Instant
- Match-Trader only (no MT4/MT5/cTrader)
- No 15% Challenge reward for US clients (regulatory)
- Reward share: starts 80%, scales to 90%, Lifetime 95% Add-On available
- KYC: National ID, Passport, or Driving License accepted (uniquely US)
- Re-entered US market April 2025 via Futures division; CFDs followed
15. Internal Team Notes
15.1 Recent product changes (last ~12 months)
| Date | Change |
|---|---|
| March 18, 2025 | Express and Evaluation models discontinued for new clients (existing clients grandfathered) |
| April 2025 | Re-entered USA market via FundedNext Futures launch |
| Jan 12, 2026 | Scale-Up plan restructured — Old 4-consecutive-months / 10%-growth replaced by FundedNext Pro Cycle Model (4 Performance Rewards + 4% per cycle + 2-month maturity) |
| Jan 12, 2026 | 15% Challenge Reward (Stellar 1-Step/2-Step) tied to Scale-Up eligibility for new accounts |
| Jan 12, 2026 | Stellar 1-Step initial Reward Share changed — pre-Jan 12 accounts: 90% start. Post: 80% start, 90% after Scale-Up |
| March 16, 2026 | Futures Legacy $50K profit target adjusted (was $2,500, now $3,000) |
| 2026 | Flex Challenge launched (Futures) — most affordable entry point at $69.99 |
| 2026 | FNmarkets brand launched (separate broker product) |
15.2 Common breach reasons (from support patterns observed in reviews and help center)
- DLL miscalculation — traders forget that DLL adjusts intraday based on profits/losses
- Floating losses ignored — open trade losses count toward DLL
- Swap charges on Wednesday (forex/commodities) or Friday (indices/crypto) — 3× swap can push account over DLL when held overnight
- News profit assumption — trader assumes full profit, but news rule cuts it to 40%
- Weekend holding on funded Stellar 1/2-Step/Lite accounts — allowed in Challenge, NOT in funded
- Margin spike >70% — gambling-rule warning
- Quick Strike concentration — too many <30s trades
- Copy trading mishap — using same VPS for own and friend's account; auto-flagged as cross-trader copying
15.3 Frequent customer questions
- "Why can't I withdraw to PayPal?" → Inbound only, not outbound. CFD: USDT/USDC/Confirmo/RiseWorks
- "When do I get my Refundable Fee?" → Stellar 2-Step: 1st payout. 1-Step / Lite: 3rd payout. If reset, refund matches reset fee
- "Can I use the same EA in Phase 1 and funded?" → Yes, same strategy in fact is required
- "Is news trading worth it on funded?" → Math: 40% profit, 100% loss. Risk/reward gets squeezed
- "Can I have multiple accounts?" → Yes, $300K cap per individual
- "Why didn't my Stellar 1-Step start at 90%?" → If purchased on/after Jan 12, 2026, starts at 80% — old 90% applies only to pre-Jan-12 accounts
15.4 Quick rule-of-thumb checks before answering a customer
- What product? CFD or Futures, which Challenge?
- What phase? Challenge or FundedNext Account?
- Purchase date? Pre or post Jan 12, 2026?
- Region? USA = different rules
- Add-ons applied? Lifetime 95%, Swap-Free, etc.
